What materials are used in Skylar & Puck jewelry?
All our jewelry is carefully crafted from high-quality materials, including genuine leather, stainless steel, and selected beads. Each material is chosen for durability and quality, so you can enjoy your purchase for years to come. We have thoroughly tested all our materials for over two years before making them available for sale.
How do I know which bracelet or necklace size to order?
On our Size Chart page, you’ll find a detailed guide on measuring your wrist or necklace size, including tips for different materials.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Within the Netherlands, delivery usually takes 1-2 business days, and for Belgium or other European countries, 3-6 business days. For worldwide shipping 10-20 days. All our packages are shipped with Track & Trace. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery page.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within the Netherlands is €4,25 and free for orders over €51. For other countries, please refer to the shipping cost overview on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Track & Trace code to follow your package.

Returns and Exchanges
What is your return policy?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the jewelry is unworn and in its original packaging. Please see our Refund, Return, and Repair page for further details.
Can I exchange a bracelet if the size isn’t right?
Yes, we’ll gladly exchange your bracelet for another size if it’s still in new condition. Please contact our customer service to arrange an exchange.

How can I keep my jewelry in good condition?
To extend the life of your jewelry, we recommend keeping it dry and avoiding contact with perfume or chemicals. Leather looks best when it’s not exposed to water for extended periods.
