REFUND, EXCHANGE, RETURN & REPAIR

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and include its original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Within 14 days of delivery

The following situations are not qualified for a Refund:

  • Items that show visible signs of use.
  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts (unless due to an error on our part).
  • Items returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email at info@skylar-puck-jewelry.com. Approval of your refund will result in a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.
  2. Contact your credit card provider; sometimes it takes time to officially post refunds.
  3. Contact your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

Refunds sale or personalised Items

Only regular-priced and non-personalised items are eligible for refunds. Sale or personalised items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

Items are eligible for exchange only if they are in their original, undamaged condition, in the original packaging, and the exchange request is made within 14 days of delivery. If there are specific concerns about the product quality or a confirmed issue with the item upon delivery, we’re happy to discuss this further. Please note:

  • You are responsible for covering return shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
  • For high-value returns, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of the returned item.

Repairs

For repairs on jewelry items due to defects or wear, please contact us directly at info@skylar-puck-jewelry.com. We will assess each case individually and may request photos or further information to determine the best solution.
